If you register your interest in the independent alumni network for former LEGO Foundation staff, we collect the details you give us on the form: name, email, the years and role you held at the Foundation, where you work now, your city, a LinkedIn profile if you choose to add one, what you would find useful, and anything else you write. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. We use these details only to contact you about the network and to understand what former staff want from it. Form submissions are received through Netlify, our website host, and stored in our own systems.

We do not publish your details, share them with other members, or pass them to the LEGO Foundation, the LEGO Group or anyone else. If a directory or other shared resource is created later, your entry will be included only if you opt in separately at that time. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time by emailing enquiries@kw-strategy.com, and we will delete your details. If the network does not go ahead, we will delete the list within twelve months of registration closing. The network is run independently by former staff on a voluntary basis and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated on behalf of the LEGO Foundation or the LEGO Group.
